Your First Visit: Starting on the Path to Wellness
We’re thrilled that you’ve chosen us for your chiropractic care. Your initial visit should last about 45 minutes. We recommend that you wear comfortable clothing and complete your paperwork online to make the most of your time.
After greeting you and confirming your paperwork, we’ll discuss the financial and insurance details upfront to ensure complete transparency. Then, we’ll give you a tour of our office to help you feel at home.
During your consultation and examination, we try to truly understand your concerns and uncover how we can best support your health goals. If your goals align with our approach, we’ll proceed with same-day, on-site diagnostics, which might include diagnostic testing of your muscles and nerves (electromyography), thermal scans, heart rate variability testing, and a full set of spinal X-rays.
We’ll schedule your follow-up visit before you leave. We plan to see you within 24-48 hours to review your results and begin your personalized treatment plan.
Your Second Visit: Creating Your Wellness Plan
Welcome back! We’re excited to continue your journey. First, you will meet with our chiropractic assistant to review your test results. Next, the doctor explains your specific condition, using your X-rays as a visual guide. Then, we’ll discuss a customized treatment plan to address your needs. We will make sure you’re comfortable with the care and financial plans and then schedule your next visit.
